This is a notification that we will be performing scheduled maintenance on Saturday, 25 May 2013 to replace a faulty switch.

As a result there will be a ~20 second outage between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

As a result there will be a scheduled 5 minute outage (from 06:00 to 06:05) to allow our ISP to make a network change.

SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE RELATED ISSUES
We are currently experiencing issues related to the scheduled network maintenance performed by one of our upstream providers this morning. As a result some websites may be running slowly. Our system administrators are currently working with our upstream provider to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

We will post more information on this page as it comes to hand.

SERVER ISSUES
One of the shared servers has been subjected to multiple DDOS attacks in the past 48 hours. The server affected is known internally as "Moana". The technical team is in the process of changing two IP addresses to remove the threat. This will cause interruption to two shared host sites only. The owners of these sites are being notified. We are confident that this change will remove the threat imminently.

A further update will follow once corrective action has been completed.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused in the interim.

DIGIWEB ACQUIRES DIGITAL NETWORK LIMITED
Digiweb Group announced today that it had acquired DIGITAL NETWORK LIMITED. Digital network operates a number of hosting and domain name brands throughout New Zealand, including Nucleus (hosting) and Register Domains (domain name registration). Digital network provides cloud hosting services and domain name registration services to SME's, corporates and digital web agencies throughout New Zealand.
